We promote transparent and accountable use of public resources in the Pacific by helping to improve the quality of public auditing.We're looking for a highly skilled Deputy Chief Executive, Operations to join our Secretariat team. In this role, you'll work across the PASAI Secretariat to support and report on operational service delivery, as well as providing strong leadership and ongoing program oversight.You'll be responsible for leading PASAI's annual strategic planning and work program planning processes, making sure that insights are used to inform continuous improvement. You'll also play an important part in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead PASAI's annual strategic planning and work program planning processes.Support and report on operational service delivery.Provide strong leadership and ongoing program oversight.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Minimum Requirements:For this role, we're looking for an experienced leader and manager who builds high performing teams. You'll need at least ten years' experience in operational/program management roles, and a demonstrated track record managing people and core business services from a process, technology, and compliance perspective. Experience managing budgets and financial planning is also important.This role is a fixed-term position through to the end of PASAI's current funding period in June 2029.
