Depot Manager

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service in the transport industry? We're looking for a dynamic Depot Manager to oversee our Dunedin operations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the punctual operation of urban, school, and SESTA bus services.Lead a team of approximately 150 staff, ensuring they are fully trained and delivering quality, safe transport services.Oversee all administrative duties, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company policies.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Otago Regional Council, MOE, and other local entities.Drive business development opportunities, particularly in charter work services.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, fostering a safe work environment. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 5 years in a large passenger service industry or similar.Proven experience in team management and customer service excellence.Strong knowledge of safety and compliance standards.Class 2 & 4 licenses and P Endorsement preferred.Experience in managing relationships with schools, central, and local government departments is a plus.
