Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Have you been working in a production environment and thought you would like to advance your career? Do you have what it takes to step up and learn to supervise and manage staff? This role will provide that experience with on-the-job training and support. We will teach you the systems needed to be successful in the role.You will help manage staff alongside the other Depot Coordinator and be overseen by the Depot Supervisor.This is a small team environment that is an ideal for you to get started on that next step up in a production team.You will learn to communicate with customers both internal and external to resolve any quality issues or concerns.We will train you on how to manage stocks and use our warehousing systems.
