You'll proactively identify training and planning opportunities to enable our Stores to meet their regulatory responsibilities to our customers.Key responsibilities include:Providing internal support and training as well as roll-out.Onboarding all stores, departments, and users.Data acquisition, management, and uploading of information to personalize solutions for individual store requirements.Responsible for the roll-out and adaptation of system forms.Support form development and management.Provide guidance and technical support in the system and coach support office personnel.Manage the data that goes into the system to provide accurate details for relevant stakeholders.Ensure we maintain our obligations through the processes, safeguarding that the right information goes to the right person at the right time.About youYou will have a food safety compliance background, be disciplined and organized with good forward planning ability. You will also be a strong communicator with proven coaching skills and great stakeholder management.
