We provide smart metering devices and services to over 50 energy retailers across ANZ, and our reach is growing rapidly, touching everything from solar to water, virtual power plants to electric vehicle charging.Job DescriptionYour roleThe Deployment Analyst is a key member of Intellihub's team, dedicated to providing exceptional support for retail customers by coordinating the installation and support of metering rollout activities. This role ensures the smooth execution of deployment projects, with responsibilities that include scheduling work, tracking exceptions, and overseeing the completion of installations to meet customer and operational standards.Review data for accuracyEnsure timely and accurate data is received and validated from field service providers under a correct at source mentalityManage daily/weekly and monthly data quality report and updatesPerform additional checks as required to support invoicing processesEstablish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customersMonitor the flow of Service Orders through the deployment pipeline to ensure seamless delivery against compliance requirements and optimal customer experienceHandle pre-installation retail customer escalations, taking accountability to track Service Orders through to completion whilst ensuring customers receive progress updates in a timely mannerQualificationsAbout youAppropriate tertiary level qualification in appropriate field or equivalent is essentialExperience with Microsoft Excel, Visio and Power BI is desirableHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to problem solve and provide clear tangible outcomesProactive with drive to continuously improve process and data accuracyAbility to own an issue and/or improvement through to completionStrong communication skills; experienced and demonstrated customer communication skillsHow to ApplySound exciting?
