Department Managers and Restaurant Manager We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated person who is passionate about people and capable of delivering exceptional business results in our Tauranga, Bay of Plenty based stores.
You must have a natural flair with customers and staff. A vibrant yet professional personality is a must along with the right attitude, to strive and achieve amazing outcomes. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a restaurant and must have an open availability including weekends.
The roles are fulltime (42.5 hours per week) and remuneration will be based on experience and will be negotiated with the successful candidate directly (guideline of $29.66 per hour). A relocation package may be negotiated.
This position is available for an immediate start.

Tasks will include but are not limited to:
Reviewing and monitoring guest counts and sales projections to ensure they are aligned to shift targets and restaurant goals.
Actively seeks customer feedback to ensure an exceptional customer experience is achieved, driving repeat business.
Using reporting metrics to monitor and achieve weekly and monthly restaurant targets.
Develop the weekly Crew schedule that meets restaurant needs, optimising sales and profitability.
Creating hiring plans that support the labour budget for the restaurant.
Maintaining the accuracy of the ordering system and the completion of stock orders whilst ensuring delivery accuracy and product rotation.
Takes responsibility and ownership for ensuring excellent food safety throughout the shift, by complying with McDonald's food safety standards.
Execute restaurant marketing plan to maximise sales and ensuring the plan is communicated to all staff.
The ideal candidate will have attended the McDonald's Restaurant Leadership Practices (RLP) and 2 years' experience in the role as a minimum for a Restaurant Manager role.
