The role of a Department Manager is a fun and dynamic role that ensures no two days are ever the same. Our Department Managers lead their teams to success by ensuring that

Daily rosters and staff cover are met
Excellent customer service standards are maintained and rewarded
Staff are coached and developed to ensure future success
Sales targets are met and exceeded
A positive sales culture is established and maintained
Stock levels are optimal and visual merchandising standards are met
Ideally you will come equipped with the following skill set

1+ years in a retail management role (Or management experience from another industry)
An exceptional eye for detail
Flexibility and resilience
Proven ability in coaching and development of team members
A drive to achieve great sales results
