In this role, you will ultimately be responsible for effectively managing the safety, quality, efficiency and financial success of the minor construction department.In addition to the above you will: Oversee daily operational activities.Manage financial performance and reporting.Be responsible for training and staff development.Ensure business objectives are met for growth and performance.Manage client relationships.With the right attitude and a willingness to learn, this role can provide optimal opportunity for growth and professional development.
