Job DescriptionWho are we looking for?We have a uniquely exciting and rear opportunity for a Department Manager on the Chatham Islands. This role will see you manage a tight-nit team and deliver the good work we are known for in a place like no other.The jobThis role will see you manage the Chatham Islands contract for Fulton Hogan. You will lead a team of (14) ranging from Mechanics, Operators and even Waste Minimisation crews.The delivery of the contract will see you conduct contract and financial management, pricing and tendering, and the development of a people and safety-oriented culture.This role offers its own unique challenges and rewards. Due to the geographical location of the Island, you will also have to carry out tasks around logistics.This contract is highly collaborative due to the nature of the island and the limitations it poses to getting work done there.The client, consultant, and Fulton Hogan work closely together to achieve the best outcome for the island.
