Our 2-surgery practice is looking for dentists to join our team. Our current lead dentist is retiring, so there is an opportunity for 2 dentists!As a dentist with us, you will have the opportunity to explore your interests while working in a collaborative environment.Full Time or Part-time options - to suit you!Want to earn an additional 5% for supporting the Rural Support (40% commission + 5% support).Excellent earning potential in a lovely town!Relocation Contribution Available (t&cs apply)$15,000 lab credit, to support and assist with building your books in your first six months with LuminoFor more information about the practice, please visit:Lumino OamaruAbout YouIf you are a passionate dentist, ready to embark on a fulfilling journey with a dedicated team, we'd love to speak with you.We are looking for the following attributes:A minimum of 2+ years of post-graduate experience, please note this is a sole dentist position until we find another dentist - there is the opportunity for offsite mentoring/support for proactive dentists!Proficiency in (or exposure to - if you are recently qualified) a wide range of dental services to meet the needs of our diverse patient baseThe ability to confidently discuss treatment plans with patients, ensuring they understand and feel comfortableStrong communication skills and approachabilityThe ability to work harmoniously as part of a close teamTo be successful in the role you will need to hold registration with the New Zealand Dental Council (NZDA) as well as a current Annual Practicing Certificate.Join Us in Making a DifferenceWanting to know more?
