With a steady flow of new patients and a supportive, professional environment, this is the perfect role for a motivated dentist looking to build a successful and rewarding career.About the Practice and the Role:The practice is a well-established 5-surgery facility located in a central, easily accessible area of Christchurch.Dentists at the practice benefit from guaranteed full books, with hundreds of new patients joining the practice each month.The premises are purpose-built, offering a modern, comfortable working environment, equipped with OPG and digital X-rays.The practice has a low staff turnover, ensuring a stable and collaborative team culture.Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, though flexibility is available for the right candidate.There are also opportunities to work late nights and weekends if preferred.Remuneration is set at a competitive 45% commission-based structure.About the Ideal Candidate:The practice is looking for a dentist with the following qualities:At least 3 years of clinical experience in a similar general dentistry role.Strong interpersonal skills, with an excellent patient manner and the ability to build rapport with patients.A track record of being a consistent performer, demonstrating reliable clinical outcomes and steady invoicing.Experience with root canal therapy is advantageous.Any specialist interests in areas such as Endodontics, Oral Surgery, or Periodontics would be beneficial.A positive, professional attitude with a proactive approach to supporting and promoting the practice's values and philosophy.Strong time management skills to ensure a smooth and efficient daily schedule.Proficient communication skills, both with patients and colleagues, to foster teamwork and collaboration.Experience using Microsoft Office and Practice Management Software (PMS).The ideal candidate will be looking for a medium to long-term role, where they can grow professionally and contribute to the ongoing success of the practice.Relocate to Christchurch!Christchurch, the largest city on New Zealand's South Island, offers a vibrant lifestyle and a welcoming community.
