Sadly our wonderful Practice Manager is leaving the BOP and Team Dental Te Puna have an opportunity for a new Practice Manager to join the team. We are looking for a friendly and efficient Practice Manager to lead our small energetic team and grow the business. This is a reception-based position. The position requires:
High standards
Excellent attention to detail
Proven leadership skills
Experience in the dental industry
Familiarity with the Exact Dental Program would be an advantage
Experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred.

The right candidate will be responsible for managing all the day-to-day practice operations effectively and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing our wonderful Team of Dental Assistants, Dentists, and Hygienists, fostering positive customer relationships, and supporting our Team Dental culture.
The practice is located in a new development, it is purpose-built, and it has 3 surgeries, 3 permanent part-time Dentists, and a Hygienist. The position is 32 hours a week with occasional weekend work on a rostered basis.
The position starts November 2024.
