We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Dental Assistants. At Turbostaff, we understand the vital role Dental Assistants play in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our dental clients. Your contribution will be invaluable in supporting our Dental Practitioners, Hygienists, and Therapists in providing high-quality care to their patients. Key Responsibilities: Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures. Assist Dental Practitioners by arranging and handling instruments, medications, and other dental supplies. Prepare dental materials and process X-rays. Operate suction devices and water sprays during treatments. Perform routine maintenance and sterilization of dental equipment. Educate patients on dental health and post-operative care instructions. Assist with reception duties, billing, and clerical tasks as needed. Qualifications: Certificate II or III in Dental Assisting (or equivalent qualification) At least one year of relevant experience in a dental setting (may substitute formal qualifications) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
