The successful candidate will:
Prepare and cook modern and contemporary New Zealand cuisine, among many international dishes to provide our patrons with a wide variety of options. Help Prepare on and off-site catering Prepare and cook staff meals Be comfortable working without supervision, run your section efficiently, and be flexible with picking up other sections as required Work as part of our team and communicate effectively with Front of House Assist to achieve the highest standards of food safety requirements Have a passion for quality and consistency Skills and experience:
Minimum of 1 years commercial a la carte restaurant experience Ability to direct other chefs and run a busy service from the front A passion for delivering outstanding culinary offerings that delight our patrons Clear communication skills and willingness to continue learning under our highly skilled CDP, Sous Chefs and F&B Manager What's in it for you:
