The Role As a Demi Chef your focus will be on the quality and presentation of our Restaurant offering. You will be a passionate leader within our business, with strong communication and organisational abilities, and bring with you the ability to lead a dedicated team.
Must Have Previous hotel experience at Demi Chef in a property of a 4.5 - 5 star rating, ideally you will have at least 3 years workplace experience.
A great work ethic, are dedicated and have a can-do attitude, with proven experience managing teams.
A clear understanding of how to maintain control of food safety and hygiene, with knowledge of the management of control plans.
A clear desire to produce a quality product that reflects your passion on the plate and brings value to our customer experience.
Ability to work rostered shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
