Our 4.5-star hotel is looking for a Demi Chef/Chef De Partie to join our friendly and professional team in a casual role working breakfast shifts and functions.
Your day-to-day As a Demi Chef/Chef De Partie you will be required to complete shifts as part of our kitchen team. Your key duties include:
Preparing and cooking an array of food - this will include staff meals, breakfast items, conference food, high tea items along with the occasional lunch, & dinner.Maintain a high level of cleanliness and adhere to kitchen hygiene and food safety standardsUndertake a smooth food service that reduces waste and delivers delicious meals Skills and Experience We'd love to hear from candidates with previous experience in a kitchen environment or similar.
