We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Planner to join our busy Supply Chain Team. 
You will manage all consensus forecasting activities within Douglas, you will coordinate the development and execution of the demand planning cycle for the Douglas Group, creating and maintaining forecasts which incorporate business intelligence and demand signals gathered from sales, marketing, finance, and other sources.
You will coordinate the development and execution of the demand planning cycle so that customer demand requirements can be captured as inputs to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. You will support quality forecasting aligned to commercial priorities, ensuring appropriate co-operative business partnerships and governance processes are followed.
You will be responsible for robust, accurate, and timely 3-year forecasting across the businesses which includes reviewing, researching and preparing historical sales trends, demand drivers, forecast data and forecast models.
You will identify and communicate our demand plan and ensure assumptions are documented and monitored, the implications of changes are reflected in our financial plan, robust scenarios are available for identifying risks and opportunities and resolving any supply/demand imbalances.

A degree in statistics, business or supply chain would be great.
