As our new Delivery Supervisor, you will be working within the residential maintenance space to ensure that houses are up to the standards for our various programmes. You will be working alongside Kainga Ora, our sub-contractors, customers, and internal teams to deliver on residential works.
You will need to have the ability to adapt quickly and work within a fast-paced fluid environment as we work to ensure we deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Duties include but are not limited to: Scoping of Kainga Ora residential properties Managing and coordinating a variety of trades to ensure that work is carried out on time and to a high standard Quality assurance of trades work Invoicing of jobs Liaising with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally while providing a high level of customer satisfaction Requirements: Trade knowledge preferred, but not essential Ability to supervise multiple jobs concurrently Ability to communicate authentically with our trades, customers, and clients to ensure they understand the vision and outcomes Experience running multiple projects at once and ensuring they meet strict deadlines preferable Ability to make informed decisions and juggle multiple priorities Benefits: Vehicle for work use Southern Cross Medical Insurance Great company culture where family matters Focused but fun team environment Employee Recognition program Growth opportunities within our wider group of companies About The Company:
