Being based out of Dunedin as the Dunedin & Christchurch Delivery Manager, you'll enjoy commuting between Dunedin & Christchurch as you will be responsible for developing colleagues across these two locations

Work closely with other recruitment industry specialists, as well as other Delivery Managers across the country and the Senior Leadership team.
Key responsibilities:
Business development, the ability to bring on new clients Foster relationships with clients and candidates (both new & existing) Grow and lead a team of consultants to achieve and exceed targets. Recruitment & induction of staff for our temp/flex business Health and safety checks on clients' sites Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
