As a Delivery Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our Mobility services. Within your region you'll lead a team of dedicated professionals, oversee operations, and drive continuous improvement across our Mobility products and services.

We are seeking two Delivery Managers to oversee our operations in the following regions:

Delivery Manager - Central North: Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Coromandel
Delivery Manager - Central East: Hawke's Bay

What You'll Be Doing | Mo te Turanga
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives.
Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and support.
Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Financial Performance: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including members, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of the automotive industry and AA's Mobility services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A passion for customer service and operational excellence
