Within your region you'll lead a team of dedicated professionals, oversee operations, and drive continuous improvement across our Mobility products and services.We are seeking two Delivery Managers to oversee our operations in the following regions:Delivery Manager - Central North: Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and CoromandelDelivery Manager - Central East: Hawke's BayWhat You'll Be Doing | Mo te TurangaStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives.Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and support.Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.Financial Performance: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including members, customers, suppliers, and contractors.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.Minimum Requirements:Proven leadership experience in a similar roleStrong understanding of the automotive industry and AA's Mobility servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsA passion for customer service and operational excellenceWorking with the AA | Me mahi tahi tatou ki AAFor over 120 years we've been helping Kiwis on their adventures!
