We pride ourselves on carving the future, providing apprenticeship opportunities which equip our learners, employers, and their communities with the skills and capabilities for success.We have an exciting role as a Delivery Manager – Access Trades in our Programme Delivery Team to help us achieve this.Reporting to the Quality and Programme Delivery Manager, you will collaborate with industry associations and employers to design learner-centric programmes that meet current and future workforce demands. Leveraging your continuous improvement mindset, you'll be a fervent advocate for vocational education and work-based learning, with a knack for adapting to, and addressing, diverse and evolving needs within the sector.You'll provide leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Access Trades Programmes across the motu, drawing on your existing knowledge and networks within NZQA and Workforce Development Councils throughout the process.This is a full-time position based at our Auckland or Wellington office. .Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with industry associations and employers to design learner-centric programmes that meet current workforce demands.Lead in the development and implementation of Access Trades programmes, ensuring they are fit for purpose and incorporate effective delivery modes.Work closely with NZQA, WDCs, instructional designers, and digital teams to develop and evaluate standards, qualifications, and related products.Advocate for work-based learning across the Te Pukenga network and the broader community, fostering an integrated public network of educational provision.Qualifications & Experience:Over 5 years of experience in a vocational education setting, with a proven track record of leading successful teams.Excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for learning and development, and a continuous improvement mindset.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to connect with, understand, and translate the diverse needs of stakeholders into dynamic, future-focused programmes.Experience working with NZQA and WDCs.An affinity for Access Trades and established networks across EarnLearn's key industries would be an added bonus.No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
