We have a fixed-term opportunity available to join our Major Projects team as a Delivery Lead. The Delivery Lead is a key senior role within the Major Projects team reporting directly to the National Manager.
This role is focused on providing leadership, coordination, and delivery of the operational reporting that will determine the success of our projects. This work is time-critical and will require the delivery lead to take ownership of national planning, development, and delivery of operational reporting while supporting the long-term strategic approach to operational reporting beyond the project phase.
The delivery lead will need to rapidly understand the landscape, develop situational analysis, establish the support networks for technical oversight, prioritisation, and decision-making that will enable fit-for-purpose delivery.
This role sits within the business team who work between our technology partners and system users across the motu. You will be supported by two high-functioning project teams and an enthusiastic and energised user community.
This full-time, fixed-term role ends on 30 June 2025.
Mou About you You will be a person that seamlessly works across and between traditional reporting lines and hierarchies to generate buy-in and collaboration to get the job done.
You will understand how good fit-for-purpose reporting can support operational delivery and be able to translate this so that our analysts have a clear pathway for delivery, and our leadership have confidence that we have the right infrastructure to support the teams on the ground doing their day-to-day mahi.
To achieve this, you will need strong communication and facilitation skills, with a focus on engagement methods, stakeholder management, and the ability to present information that is targeted and tailored to the audience.

Experience operating in a confidential / secure environment with access to sensitive information. Relevant graduate qualification and health sector experience preferably in Public Health. Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.
