About the Role You'll be joining an inclusive, inspired, and ambitious EPMO team.
This role is integral in helping to transform how TSB executes strategy, helping to build an agile and change ready organisation.
This role will be the 'Product Owner' for TSB's change delivery toolset (Atlassian JIRA and Confluence), configuring and optimising these tools to support strategy execution and delivery at TSB.
The focus is on continuously improving our delivery ways of working through efficient, practical tools, empowering our people to deliver in a modern way.
Who are you?
You will demonstrate strong customer service focus and stakeholder management that will enable you to collaborate and work closely with TSB teams and projects / initiatives to adopt, setup, and embed the use of JIRA, adapting industry leading practices, to best support TSB's delivery ways of working and delivery model.
Your strong reporting capabilities, data structuring and visualisation will ensure TSB can plan, organise, prioritise, manage, and report on business and technology change initiatives and work, in a consistent and standardised way.
You will also support portfolio roll-ups for management / leadership.
Your ability to effectively communicate, engage, and share knowledge across all levels will enable you to deliver appropriate training, education, and coaching to ensure adoption, uptake, and proficient use of the JIRA toolset to support efficient, effective delivery.
Some key responsibilities include: Support and train TSB's delivery teams / projects to understand the fundamentals of the JIRA toolset.
Be the subject matter expert and 'go-to-person' for implementing JIRA best practice for delivery at TSB.
Adapt, configure, extend TSB's JIRA toolset to continually meet our delivery ways of working needs.
Enable the use of JIRA's reporting capabilities to analyse project data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports on project progress, team productivity, and issue resolution.
To be successful in this role, you'll need: Demonstrable experience in the JIRA and Confluence configuration and administration, including the creation and management of custom, complex projects, workflows, schemes, custom fields, dashboards and reporting configurations.
Excellent knowledge of and experience applying JIRA for agile and project-based methodologies and software development lifecycle to effect consistent effective and efficient delivery.
Strong reporting capabilities, data structuring and visualisation A relevant technical / JIRA qualification is preferred.
