For two delivery drivers (ANZSCO: 732111): Only New Zealand citizens, residents/permanent residents, or on an open work visa or any other AEWV which allows one to work without a job token can apply, who has a driving license equivalent to Class 1 or more.
Either three years relevant work experience, or a relevant qualification level 2 or 3 or more is required.
Dangerous goods carrying certification is a must!
Responsible for timely delivery of parcels, couriers, etc as per requirements.
Pay: $29.66-$30 per hour and hours 30 as required flexibly between 5 am to 2 pm and with weekend availability.
Overtime is paid at $29.66-$30 per hour; wages will be paid fortnightly in the nominated bank account.
Duties:
Determining the destinations of goods and most appropriate delivery routes.
Maneuvering vehicles into position for loading and unloading.
Pick up of parcels and deliver parcels.
Assisting with loading to ensure goods are arranged for ease of delivery and safely secured to avoid damage.
Verifying loading documents.
Arranging and performing unloading operations and obtaining certification of deliveries.
Reporting vehicle maintenance needs.
May receive payments for deliveries and arrange accounts.
Should be able to drive carrying dangerous goods.
Report any accident to the management.
Comply with health and safety and follow traffic rules.
