The end-to-end service we offer means customers can rely on us to ensure they walk out with the right product for them through live demonstrations, support, advice, and delivering and installing purchases. Job Description Our Delivery & Installation team members are responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers' homes and being the last point of contact for our customers. The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you. Your day will be varied, and you will be engaging with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpacking and installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed. As a key point of contact with customers, you will play a critical part in creating a positive customer experience! This is a permanent, full-time position with hours of work from Sunday to Thursday. Hours are commonly 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, but a level of flexibility will be required as start and finish times can be subject to change depending on the delivery schedule for the day. Qualifications This is a physically demanding role that requires someone with a good degree of strength, who can keep up with our fast-paced environment. You should enjoy working and sparking conversations with customers, ensuring their experience is exceptional. We are looking for someone who: Can be on their feet for long periods of time. Is physically fit and able. Has a positive, can-do attitude towards work. Understands the customers' needs and can create a great experience for them. Ensures processes are followed explicitly and company guidelines are upheld at all stages of the customer experience. Maintains work area to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional. Is responsible for the safety of yourself, others, and the products when driving. Holds a Full, clean NZ Driver's License.
