Delicatessen & Seafood Manager - New World Motueka

DELICATESSEN & SEAFOOD MANAGER
We are seeking applications from highly motivated persons with experience in delicatessen management to join our leadership team at New World Motueka.
Great leadership, management, analytical and organisational skills are essential for this role. You will ideally have a proven track record in the supermarket or food service industry.
Reporting to the Store Manager and Owner/Operators, key responsibilities of this position include:

Planning, organising and controlling the day-to-day operation of the department
Management, organisation and training of staff
Production scheduling, ordering and presentation of goods
Development of new product ranges
Ensuring an excellent level of customer service
Complying with food safety and health and safety requirements
Ensuring company objectives for the department are meet
