Applicants will ideally have previous experience as a department manager or assistant manager with good leadership skills. SAP knowledge and experience managing a team would be preferable.
This opportunity is a full-time position and may include weekend work.
Key Attributes:

Work with your team to achieve department KPI's.
Have a passion for innovation for our customers and keeping up with trends.
Motivated and keen to drive sales, whilst having a good understanding of department profitability, team rosters, wage budgeting, G.P's and cost out recipes.
Ensure the in-store Delicatessen provides an enhanced customer service experience and excellent product offering.
Maintain high presentation standards and ensure adherence to Food Safety and Health and Safety practices.
Develop and manage your team including rosters, training and performance management.
Someone with their finger on the pulse, that can lead a busy department with lots on the go at the same time - you must be able to keep calm under pressure.
SAP knowledge and understanding ordering, and department administrative aspects of SAP.
The ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with people.
Integrity & honesty, innovative thinking and commercial awareness.
Positivity, initiative and self-motivation.
Strong leadership skills and a customer service orientation.
Organizational skills.
A strong focus on Health & Safety and Food Safety.
Completion of Unit Standards 167 and 168 is preferred but not essential.
