This position is unique, as you will be required to work in two different departments in our store: 24 hours per week in our Service Deli, and 16 hours per week in our Online (Click & Collect) department.In our Online department, your day would include picking, packing, and processing our click and collect orders.
You will lead the way in delivering an exceptional customer experience by accurately and efficiently processing online orders and effectively resolving customer issues.To be considered for Online, you would need to be:Detail-focused; we strive for 100% accuracy for all our orders.Fast on your feet; you'll need to move around the store quickly to keep up.Highly organized; efficiency will be your key to success.Customer service driven; treat each shop like it's your own.Physically fit; you'll be on your feet all day.Reliable and punctual; we're a small team and you'll be missed if you're not here.For our Service Deli position, we are looking for someone who is customer-focused, can multitask, and works well under pressure.
