As a Factory Engineer, if you have experience as a motor mechanic or small motor mechanical or engineering experience, or just love nothing better than working on vehicles or machinery, this job may be for you. The role will include maintaining and optimizing the mechanical and electrical performance of factory machinery through innovation and continuous improvement, utilizing the preventative maintenance programme. This will include maintaining all conveyor belts, trio skinning machines, hydraulics, and pumps to their optimum capacity, monitoring electrical systems, and performing stainless steel repairs. The role will also include maintenance in the fishmeal plant and will involve assisting in the engine room when required. You will be working under the direction of the #1 Factory Engineer.
