Deckhands - learn to operate and maintain deck and fishing gear, handle and stow the catch, repair damaged nets, maintain on-deck equipment, work on bridge watch duties and support factory processing operations as needed.
Factory Hands - with a fully operational processing factory on board, develop your competence with knife skills, operate conveyor processing lines, weigh and pack products.
Trip lengths on the vessels range from 2 to 6 weeks, and crew operate on a trip on, trip off rotation. The hours of work are generally shift rotations of 8 hours on and 8 hours off, and all meals are provided by our experienced cooks.
