At Dee Street Primary Care, we're looking for a vibrant and skilled Lead Nurse to join our Practice Leadership team and help us make a difference in a fun and supportive environment. Enjoy a full-time, five-day-per-week role with a perfect mix of management, administration, and patient care. Your new role: Provide inspiring clinical leadership and support to our team. Create and maintain a positive, patient-focused environment where everyone feels valued. Take a proactive, hands-on approach to leading a dynamic and adaptable nursing team. Achieve our compliance goals and work with a multidisciplinary team that's as dedicated as you are. Oversee and enhance clinical policies and procedures, ensuring we exceed Foundation Accreditation and Cornerstone standards. What We're Looking For: At least five years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Primary Care, with a knack for leadership. A postgraduate qualification is a bonus. A current NZ Practising Certificate as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of NZ. Knowledge of primary health care clinical programmes and experience with complex health needs. A commitment to the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi and a flair for quality improvement. Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
