Legal Aid Debt Officer - Wellington CBD - Full Time Positions Serving all New Zealanders Ongoing comprehensive training and support Opportunity to make a difference Te Haeata / The Opportunity The Legal Aid Debt team operates in a busy contact centre. As a Debt Officer, you will apply legislation and policy to help customers resolve their legal aid debt through negotiating in a professional, fair, and reasonable way.
Our focus is on supporting the viability of the legal aid system through the collection of unpaid debt balances. We care about delivering people-centred services to our participants and helping to provide access to justice for all.

Utu a-tau / Salary The salary for this role will be between $58,729 and $80,794 based on skills and experience.
