As a Dealer Principal, reporting directly to the CEO, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and commercial acumen that is needed to manage a busy dealership.
You will:Be a natural leader with a proven track record of increasing profitability.Coach and develop the branch leadership and sales team to continue growing the business.Have strategic vision and proven ability to craft and execute strategies that deliver results.Be skilled in nurturing positive, long-term partnerships with our customers and team.Have passion and drive with a genuine enthusiasm for agriculture and its diverse customer base.Have 5+ years of dealership operational experience in capital equipment along with sound knowledge of Service and Parts departments.Have excellent financial management ensuring profitability and sustainable growth through sound budgeting, reporting, and management of cost.In return you'll get:Competitive Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive remuneration package including performance-based incentives, a company vehicle, and benefits.Supportive Environment: Support from a dedicated Senior Management team that enables our dealerships to be as successful as possible.Skin in the Game: We believe in locally owned operators.
