You'll be coordinating events, managing budgets, and ensuring our DEI initiatives are impactful across the entire organisation, from senior leaders to frontline teams. You'll also work alongside the People & Culture team to integrate DEI principles into our policies and daily practices, ensuring inclusion is woven into everything we do.This is a nine-month, fixed-term role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference. Your work will help create a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can thrive, no matter their role.About YouWe're looking for someone who knows how to bring people together. Maybe you've been the organiser of community events, the one in charge of whanau gatherings, or the person everyone turns to when things need to get done. If you've been managing the family's holiday plans or leading local projects, those are the skills we're after.Creativity is key in this role. You'll be someone who can think outside the box to craft engaging communications and develop fresh ideas for events and initiatives. You're a strong communicator who knows how to build relationships and create messages that resonate. You're also organised, able to juggle multiple projects, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. You're comfortable using Microsoft Office, and if you've found ways to improve processes or make things more efficient, even better.A qualification in Human Resources, Social Services, Marketing or Communications is a plus but not required.
