Join our 24/7 team to monitor, troubleshoot, and manage critical systems, all while honing your skills with the latest technologies. As a key part of our operations, you'll oversee environmental conditions, availability, diagnosing issues and coordinating solutions with our trusted vendors to ensure smooth, timely maintenance across all sites. You'll also ensure every incident request is efficiently handled and supported within SLAs, liaising between internal teams and valued customers. A natural affinity for collaboration and building relationships that are high in trust and influence positive outcomes.A strong focus on teamwork both within and across teamsGreat organisation, written, verbal communication and consultative skillsKnowledge of data centre operations specifically mechanical, electrical and securityStrong analytical skill with the ability to analyse and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracyExperience in BMS systems (upstream to downstream), critical facilities equipment and other equipment associated with the data centre environment including fire safety, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systemsExperience in network monitoring, diagnostics, troubleshooting, security and network operationsCareer development - You're our focus.
