About the Position and You: As a member of the GXH Pharmacy Marketing team, the Database Marketing Manager assists in the development and evaluation of marketing strategies for targeted database marketing campaigns, and oversees the Living Rewards customer database, including analysing and extracting customer data, interpreting customer data, creating personalized and targeted campaigns that maximize customer conversion and ROI, creating a customer of value, and growing the customer database. Do you have what we are looking for? Strong analytical background with a digital marketing focus and are naturally curious 3+ years of marketing experience in an analytical role Experience in database marketing, and a deep understanding of customer data management, marketing automation tools, and data-driven marketing tactics Strong Microsoft Excel skills Understanding of relational database fundamentals and related technology query tools Ability to understand PowerBI to build relevant reports and dashboards Ability to solve problems with a creative and innovative approach Excellent oral and written communication skills Collaborative, supportive, and helpful Organized, exceptional attention to detail, and high level of accuracy Apply online by using the Apply Now button.
