Database Assistant

Located in St Paul's Collegiate School Hamilton

We are looking for an organised and confident person to join our team.

Using our student management system software – PC School (also known as SPIDER or FACTS), you'll support the Database Manager in ensuring that our system is being used to its potential. Your day to day work will include assisting with data input and data integrity and checking, providing ad hoc reports, as well as providing other academic administration support as required. You will also help at key academic events throughout the year such as Parent Teacher Interviews and annual Prize Givings.

To be a success in this role you'll be a proven administrator with an eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines. It is essential that candidates for this role have previous experience using PC School to an advanced level.

This position is two days per week (15 hours per week), working on a Wednesday and one other day each week. You'll also only work during Term Time – which means you will get the benefit of having School Holidays off!

This role is a fixed-term position for 12 months.
