We here at Starfish are recruiting for a Senior Test Analyst role, where you'll collaborate with developers, data analysts, and data warehouse specialists to ensure the success of the Modern Data Platform. This opportunity is for a government agency, and candidates must be available to start within the next few weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
Write reusable user stories for testing database objects with defined acceptance criteria.
Plan and perform both manual and automated testing.
Provide detailed defect descriptions with clear reproduction steps.
Work closely with developers on test-first development practices.
Manage environments and oversee deployments.
Must-Haves:
Experience in testing database objects.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Git, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
Experience converting user stories/requirements into test scripts and acceptance criteria.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
Nice-to-Haves:
Exposure to Databricks is an advantage.
