Tradestaff is seeking a Data Technician for an exciting role based in Hamilton, with regular travel across the North Island.
If you're ready to combine your technical expertise with the opportunity to visit new locations, we want to hear from you!About the Role:As a Data Technician, you'll play a key role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting data systems at various sites across the North Island.
This dynamic role offers plenty of variety, hands-on work, and the chance to develop your skills in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Installing, configuring, and testing data and communication systems.Diagnosing and troubleshooting network or equipment issues on-site.Traveling to client sites across the North Island to provide technical support.Conducting system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.Working collaboratively with team members and clients to meet project deadlines.Maintaining accurate records and documentation of work completed.What We're Looking For:Experience in data cabling, networking, or a related technical field.Familiarity with installation and maintenance of data systems (e.g., fiber optic, Ethernet, etc.
