Job Summary: The Data Scientist values the ability to work along the entirety of the data science/machine learning stack. From partnering with the business to crafting a high impact strategy through data acquisition to ETL pipeline build, ML research, training, deployment and optimization to delivering actionable results captured in well-crafted business metrics which are surfaced through dashboards/visualizations and used to validate the value provided by the health system. The Data Scientist is motivated by the creation of reproducible code and research that delivers results. This position is an integral part of establishing a new data science team for the enterprise under the direction of the Chief Data Office.
Key Responsibilities:Data Science Product Development: Own end-to-end development of data science products, from initial exploration to deployment.Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead weekly project updates and maintain direct stakeholder interaction.Model Development: Design and implement predictive and prescriptive models.Pipeline Management: Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows.Visualization Creation: Develop dashboards and visualizations for business metrics.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's Degree or related professional work experience required.Experience: 3-10 years of experience in data science.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data science modeling; experience with Snowflake preferred.Other: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, project leadership experience.Preferred Qualifications:Healthcare industry experience.Experience with graph models, sequential models, and neural networks.Benefits:Health and Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.Work-Life Balance: PTO, holidays, and flexible remote work arrangements.Professional Development: Ongoing training opportunities, mentorship programs, and career advancement pathways.Additional Perks: 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and wellness programs.Apply for this job* First Name
