About the role As the Data Operations Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle management of data products within our Enterprise Data Warehouse ecosystem.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage all enterprise-wide data processes and be responsible for bringing our cutting-edge data products to life.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and optimize data processes to drive our business forward.
In this role you will:
Oversee the lifecycle of data products that support key platforms across Genesis, from development to deployment and maintenance.Work with business stakeholders to define and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring that data products meet business needs.Manage and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.Monitor and maintain data quality standards across all data products.Ensure timely incident management and troubleshooting to diagnose operational issues related to data processing, integration, and storage.Lead, mentor and support a team responsible for data operations tasks, driving continuous improvement.About you We are seeking a proactive and experienced candidate with a track record of building teams, implementing new processes, and a passion for data management and operations.
You will also have:
