Position Purpose: This is a key role within the Change and Transformation Team, focusing on developing, managing, and maintaining data migration strategies for various projects and client onboardings.
The Data Migration Lead will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth data transitions while aligning with broader data management strategies.



Key Responsibilities End-to-end Data Migration: Develop and implement comprehensive data migration plans, mapping data, addressing known challenges, and ensuring business objectives are met. Leadership & Collaboration: Drive effective teamwork, engage with external vendors, and support local projects while ensuring alignment with broader data governance frameworks. Data Strategy Alignment: Work in conjunction with the Head of Data Governance to ensure all changes adhere to organizational standards. Timeline & Milestone Management: Define clear timelines, set priorities, and track progress to ensure timely completion of key data migration activities. Competencies Business & Domain Knowledge: Experience in data management, fund administration, or similar sectors is desirable.
Knowledge of regulatory and taxation environments is a plus. Technical Expertise: At least 10 years of data management experience, including 5+ years in a related industry.
Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is preferred. Behavioral Strengths Strategic Thinking & Decision Making: Ability to anticipate business needs and make informed decisions. Customer Focus & Negotiation: Strong client management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and conflict resolution. Proactive & Accountable: A hands-on team player who takes responsibility for project outcomes and adapts well to change. Effective Communication: Ability to clearly articulate technical and strategic concepts to senior management and stakeholders.
