Data Integration Engineer Job In New Zealand

Onside is currently seeking a data integration engineer to join their team at Christchurch in Canterbury, New Zealand. The ideal candidate has the ability to develop and support data models, pipelines, and data visualization solutions using Microsoft technologies. Onside is an agri-tech scale-up from Christchurch, solving problems for farmers and agribusinesses with cutting-edge, innovative software. The candidate is responsible for collaborating closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the data platform meets their requirements. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $130,000 per year. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
Qualifications for Data Integration Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
Previous experience in building data warehouses, data pipelines, and data platforms using the lake house architecture.
Familiarity with Power BI and experience building interactive dashboards and reports is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Work closely with the data science team and wider engineering team.
Ensure all relevant data sources are accessible and integrated with the data platform.
