Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Office Administrator for an upcoming part-time role. The primary responsibility of this position is to accurately enter timesheet data, including start and finish times, overtime hours, and breaks into a spreadsheet. If you have strong data entry skills and a good working knowledge of Excel, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Enter timesheet data into spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all data, such as start and finish times, overtime, and breaks, is correctly recorded.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident with data entry.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Additional Information:
This is a temporary part-time position for 1-2 months, working approximately 30 hours per week.
