The Role
As Data Coordinator you will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights, inputting and presenting harvest, wood flow and financial information in a clear and accessible manner. Your responsibilities will include:
Interpreting and accurately uploading wood flow data provided by contractors
Rapid data entry and importing docket data from various sources
Querying data and generating, collating and filing reports across harvest activities
Database management including regular updates, reconciliation and data integrity checks
Purchase order and buyer created invoice administration
Supporting the management team with writing, editing and distributing written reports
About you
Exceptionally accurate with an eye for detail
Strong analytical, data coordination and reporting skills
Sound understanding of the mechanics of databases and how to leverage them to provide the desired information
Experience with PS LOG and Forestry would be advantageous
Highly organised with an ability to manage your time to meet deadlines in a changing environment
