Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking to hire a highly motivated, customer-obsessed professional to provide hands-on support to our Data Centre Security team in Auckland. As a Data Center Security Manager, you will be tasked with running day-to-day data centre security operations, supporting and executing security projects and programs, as well as assuring audit compliance with AWS policies and procedures.
Key job responsibilities Manage security operations at an AWS Data Center
Direct contract guard force operations
Manage security incidents and conduct post-incident investigations
Support business continuity responses to crises and emergencies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience working in a physical security operations position
Demonstrated knowledge of physical security best practices which includes the application of physical security systems, investigation techniques and management of contract security guards
Demonstrable experience managing security operations in complex environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working in a high security environment
Conflict resolution training
Budget management
