This could be the next step in your farming career, with a progressive organisation and a supportive, positive Manager.Scott Kupa, the Farm Manager is known for his supportive leadership approach and the development of his team.As (2IC) you are committed to farming excellence, and lead by example in aspects of the farming operation. You will join our high performing and supportive team with planning and management of the herd and dairy operations. In addition to day-to-day management and guidance of the team, this also involves taking a degree of responsibility for feed allocation, budgeting, animal health and breeding, and animal records.The FarmEarnslaw Organic Farm is located less than 10 minutes from Taupo and will milk 800 cows through a 54-bale rotary shed. Excellent schooling options nearby.
