Dairy/Frozen Operations Manager-New World Halswell Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products) Full time Looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a thriving supermarket in a competitive area. We're in need of a Dairy/Frozen Operations Manager who's ready to lead and drive our business forward. Successful candidates will be required to provide excellent customer service, maintain a positive attitude, thrive under pressure, and exhibit physical agility and positivity. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to cultivate relationships with regular customers, providing them with the exceptional experience they deserve. We are looking for someone who has current or previous leadership experience. The successful applicant will demonstrate the following key abilities: Commitment to excellent customer service Physical fitness and a high level of personal presentation Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Implementation of Food and Health and Safety requirements A natural ability to work with people Great communication and time management skills with the willingness to learn An ability to play a part in a culture that promotes service and teamwork Inspires by example Day to day tasks: Ensure a consistently high level of staff presentation in the Dairy/Freezer Department Organising, leading and coaching of staff The implementation of our Food and Health and Safety requirements Training of new staff Hitting sales targets, staying within budget. Inspiring the team with fresh ideas This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Dry Goods Manager and Store Manager. The hours for the role are below: Tuesday: 7.00am-4.30pm Thursday: 6.00am-3.30pm Friday: 7.00am-4.30pm Saturday: 7.00am-4.30pm Ready to take on the challenge and help us grow?
