Positions available at Te Toka Tumai Auckland Hospital, Counties Manukau Middlemore Hospital and Waitemata North Shore Hospital.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join the high performing team that provides HR administration and Operations support to medical staff in each of the Auckland Region District Hospitals with Health New Zealand.
We have both permanent and fixed term positions available for Daily Operations Advisors and Co-ordinators roles within our teams across the Auckland Region District Hospitals.
About the role
As an integral part of our team, you'll dive into the heart of RMO (junior doctors) daily operations, providing crucial day-to-day support to our RMOs workforce and working alongside hospital services teams to ensure RMO staffing and resource is maintained daily and in the future.
You will be supporting the delivery of HR administration for the RMO workforce which includes leave planning, roster management and navigation through district systems and processes. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities with ease while delivering top-notch customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone.
About you
We're looking for an individual who personifies empathy, approachability, and a dash of resilience coupled with some great communication skills, both verbal and written. If you're someone with a knack for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, adept at working under pressure, and excel in teamwork, we want to hear from you! If you happen to be a whiz with Excel, consider it a bonus.
Previous experience in healthcare, customer service or HR administration is advantageous, but if you're self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft applications, we can help you with the rest.
Our office hours are between 7:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday with some rostered after-hours/weekend cover for our Locum bureau.
